Studio Classes PDX

  • Gentle Vinyasa - Wednesdays 9:30a

    Gentle Vinyasa slows down movement to focus on body awareness, giving a new or seasoned practitioner a chance to connect with self. This class prepares the body for mobility, will relax the muscles, and ease the mind.

    Low Intensity: Beginner to Advanced.

  • Heated Vinyasa - Fridays 9:30a

    Vinyasa offers breath with movement to expand both the physical and mindful practice. Practice based on your needs that day.

    Moderate Intensity: Intermediate to Advanced levels, heat is set between 104-107 degrees.

Privates & Programs
