- Hike around the property (10a)

- Leave for Hot Springs (11:30a)

- Lunch and soak at Society Bingen Hot Springs (12p - 2:45p)

- Relax and play back at the cabin

- Dinner (6:30p)

- Evening Meditation (8p)

Day 3 ~ Sunday, October 5th

- Morning Meditation & Closing Circle (7a)

- Breakfast (8:30a)

- Explore on your own/return home (leave by 11a)
